Philip J. Feldman, ESQ.

Mr. Feldman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and law degree from St. Thomas University where he was selected twice to become a member of the distinguished American Inns of Court Foundation for his recognized mock trial skills. He is a current Member of the Florida Bar, and the federal bar for the middle and southern districts of Florida.

Mr. Feldman has drawn from his personal experiences to develop a sophisticated practice in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability and workers’ compensation cases.

His active participation in offshore powerboat racing and piloting helicopters necessitating a keen understanding of vehicle dynamics brings a unique perspective to his motor vehicle and product liability cases.

Mr. Feldman is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Florida Justice Association, American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Florida Workers’ Advocates.

John T. Getz, ESQ.

Mr. Getz presently heads the civil litigation department at Feldman & Getz. He concentrates his practice in the areas of securities arbitration, nursing home negligence, personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.

Mr. Getz received a bachelors of business administration degree (BBA) in economics and finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He received his Juris doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Getz is a very experienced litigator who started his legal career with an internship with former United States Attorney General, Janet Reno, and the Dade County State Attorney’s Office where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. He has dedicated his professional efforts as a strong advocate to representing individuals against large corporations and insurance companies against whom he has obtained settlements and awards in excess of one million dollars on numerous occasions.

Mr. Getz is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Workers Advocates and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He was a recipient of the 2003 National Leadership Award, Honorary Chairman, Business Advisory Council, presented by Congressman Tom DeLay, Majority Leader.
